Digg

Digg is one of my favorite websites, and I check it pretty much every day. Basically, people submit cool stories that they've found online, and readers vote for them (called "digging" them). The ones that people like the most are moved to the homepage, for everyone to see. It's a cool concept, and helps you find neat sites that you would never find otherwise.
