Brightspot.tv Shut Down

A while ago, I wrote about a cool program called Brightspot.tv. They basically paid you to watch advertisements. Unfortunately, I'm here to say that after 14 months, it has officially shut down. While the program seemed to be well received by users, they apparently could not get enough advertisers to support the program. They had some big names, like McDonald's and Ford, but I guess it wasn't enough. You can see their final message at their website, brightspot.tv.
